Here's the thing: Right this minute, ATandT is illegally diverting my phone calls on a cell phone number of mine supposedly to their so-called "customer service representative"in their effort to strong-arm me/coerce me into upgrading a working 3G phone in an area where 5G is not even operational, and their purposes are political and malicious. I have publicly said from the get-go that I have more than one cell phone [and other phone also] for my safety sake since I am a victim of violent crimes against me by my then-husband but whom I am divorced from since Oct 2007. He should be in federal prison for murder, attempted murder and attempted kidnapping and he would be if he "didn't bribe Judges"[his words in 2006].
BY WHAT AUTHORITY IN U.S. law does any telco but in particular ATandT illegally divert my phone calls to my 2 grown daughters and steal my air time? By what authority in U.S. law does ATandT coerce women with a handicap to be without the use of a phone they paid for in every way? By what authority in U S law does any telco but in this instance ATandT coerce any U S citizen to buy a product they are not ready to buy or do not want? I have not observed 5G to be in any way superior to any other "G" on cell phones and in fact, there have been constant,unrelenting problems and aggravations with 5G so-called "upgrades" which get down-sized to 4G as soon as I walk out of the ATandT retail store because 5G does NOT work in Springfield Missouri. {Incidentally, I bought 2 upgrades in August 2021 and because it has taken so far 4 hours going to an ATandT, and 1hour and 34 minutes on phone after 4 previous tries on hold, call to Latin America to put SIM from previous phone into new upgrade and there are still several problems with it; so I have postponed doing the other upgrade I already bought the phone for in Aug 2021.
By what authority in U S law does any telco in particular ATandT put onto a single-again woman's cell phones an app to automatically add the prefix +55 which Google says is country code for Brazil to her outgoing calls? By what authority in U S law does ATandT put on a woman's cell phone a "cashparking" domain that appears to be organized crime to steal money from prepaid phones? By what authority in U S law does any telco force on any woman her EXhusband, particularly exhusbands who put hands on her to kill her? And secretly, sneakily, without her knowledge until she acquires enough I.T. skills to "find the stalker" herself in the codes and files?
ATandT has to abide by U S law! I am NOT in Brazil and never was. I don't know anybody in Brazil personally and never did! I put my refills on my phones using my cards that can be tgraced by FBI. I have ATandT [and also T-Mobile and other telco services as well] service on prepaid cell phones because of the plans they offer. Discriminating against people with handicaps is ILLEGAL in U S law. Discriminating against white women is ILLEGAL in U.S. law. Discriminating against U. S. citizens is ILLEGAL in U S law. Forcing women who bought a product in the continental United States and activated it in the continental U S, and who bought it with bank-issued cards from U.S.banks and in U S. at the the time of all upgrades/purchases of phones/computers/routers/ air time, to have to discuss confidential info required with unknown men [or women] in Latin America is ILLEGAL in U S law. There is NO AUTHORITY in U S law as far as I know that can be used to compel U S citizens by birth [me, Gloria Poole,Registered Nurse, artist,writer,cartoonist,blogger,author, in this case] to do business with people she never met, never had any reason to know, who do not give their last names nor their ATandT I. D. numbers, and who asks for auth code MORE THAN ONCE in same phone calls as if they put someone on their extension in their faraway place who is perhaps illegally listening into phone call, to ACTIVATE a cell phone that was activated more than 6 years ago, in the United States. I am sick and tired of getting Spanish speaking so-called customer service reps in foreign countries to make products I bought in USA, work as intended! Or sudden realization: maybe they are working as intended? Maybe the plan all along has been to siphon as much money and confidential info from U S citizens into communist countries as possible?
Where is the U S Dept of Justice? Stop ATandT from illegally diverting my cell phone calls! Stop ATandT from SIM-jacking my cell phones when I take them in person to an ATandT retail store! Stop ATandT from automatically assuming women with prepaid accounts are "bad women". Stop ATandT from harassing me for being prolife and heterosexual. Stop ransomware on my cell phones put there by ATandT!
