I, Gloria Poole, photographed this today from a book I own about the US Constitution and the Christian beginnings of the United States. I did that for 2 reasons: 1) it's important for all US citizens to know the foundation of this country, and 2) it has important points to make that are still relevant such as they appealed to GOD in prayer before the Continental Congress took place, and they recognized that those who held sovereign power had become their persecutors, and it has the name of John Hancock as its author. It is in the "old English" that puts f's in place of some s's. The photo of this document in my book that I digitized w/ my camera is supplied by the Massachusetts Historical Society who has the original as far as I can tell. The book I am referencing is The Christian History of the United States of America by Verna M Hall. I enlarged this some so it could be read. Copyright of photo-by-gloriapoole. This SELFIE of my hand is as it looks this year 2015. That necklace is of type of Southern Baptist/Great Commission Baptist Church, which adheres closely to Holy Bible. The seal of my alma mater Georgia Baptist College of Nursing where I graduated from nursing college years ago, and took state licensing boards in the state of Georgia, also years ago, and have a Registered Professional Nurse license in Missouri.
