Humans are the clay of GOD to shape and mold as HE sees fit, written with sketch painted by Gloria Poole,RN,artist of Missouri

I drew this sketch of pottery on the 28th of May and as you see it is not perfect. But it is to illustrate a point. I drew this with oil pastels on tinted cardstock paper that is 8 x 11 inch in size. I signed it, photographed it, uploaded it also. Today I am posting it to my Tapestry of LIFE because I think it helps people understand what GOD meant when HE spoke the words about humans being the clay and HE being the potter. Copyrighted.

Personhood is not complicated and it is medical fact, written by me Gloria Poole,RN,artist of Missouri

The topic of personhood is discussed and debated often because it is a "legal" concept established in the U S Constitution. But the legal hair-splitters argue over it to make it complicated in their effort to control WHO is defined as a person using the whims of whatever Supreme Court exists at that moment in history. However, it is not really complicated at all. It is a word defined in dictionaries for centuries. The Winston English Dictionary defines a person as : "a human being as distinguished from a thing or an animal; an individual; the body of a human being; bodily appearance." The Webster's New World Dictionary defines a person as :"a human being esp as distinguished from a thing or a lower animal; individual man, woman or child; a living human body; bodily form or appearance. " The French to English Dictionary says a person is an individual human. Numbers 35: 30, KJV is written, " whoso killeth any person, the murderer shall be put to death by the mouth of witnesses; but one witness [alone] shall not testify against any person to cause him to die. " There are many scriptures verses in Bible about persons.

I know you have realized that I am referring to the nationwide cause of obtaining for those humans in the womb, the legal status of being declared persons in the law. The Missouri legislature in the process of defining personhood for those persons in the womb. I quote:

"The Missouri House of Representatives has adopted a proposed constitutional amendment that would grant legal protection to preborn children from the moment of conception. The proposal would explicitly recognize for the first time in Missouri’s Constitution the right to life of every unborn human child.

House Joint Resolution 98, sponsored by Representative Mike Moon of Lawrence County, was granted final passage last week by the Missouri House by an impressive vote of 110-37.....HJR 98 would establish that “unborn human children at every stage of their biological development have a natural right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, and…are created equal and entitled to equal rights and opportunity under the law.”

The language of the proposed amendment also declares that the state “shall protect such life from deprivation by the state or private action to the extent permitted by the federal constitution.” This last phrase is one of considerable legal significance.....“All lives matter,” Brattin added. “It goes beyond any race, any creed, any gender because every life matters. No person should have the right to abort and to dictate whether another person lives or dies.”

State Representative Jay Barnes of Jefferson City, who is an attorney, defended the legitimacy of the language in the bill. “What it does is put Missouri in a position that it’s the most pro-life state in the country as allowed by the federal Constitution through the holdings of the United States Supreme Court.” You can read the article at:

Christians especially should know the words of The Holy Bible especially the scriptures in Genesis 9:6, Exodus 20:13, Jeremiah 1:5, Matthew 18:14; Psalms 139: 13-16 ; John 10:10; which are all prohibitions against murder of other humans. Abortion is murder because it is planned deliberately and an innocent human being is put to death for the sins of the mother or the father, which violates GOD's commandments. The purpose of declaring personhood is to end the premeditated murder of tiny, defenseless humans in the womb by giving them the federal protection of the U S Constitution and the 14th Amendment. I quote from Cornell university's online U S Constitution:

"Amendment XIV

Section 1.

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."

The personhood amendments and promoters seek to bring the 14th Amendment protections to the womb to include those humans with human DNA, human bodies, human blood, human cells and human muscles and human brains in the clause that says "persons ...are citizens of the United States... so that the entire clause applies equally to those PERSONS in the womb. Of course, I, Gloria Poole as a Registered Nurse who studied anatomy and physiology, labor and delivery, obstetrical nursing, pediatric nursing and many many other courses as preparation for State Boards [long ago], know beyond a shadow of doubt that humans in the womb are humans, and so does every other person who ever studied for any medical or nursing degree.

I am promoting that the states should call for a Constitutional Convention and declare HUMANS in the womb to be "legal persons' included in the 14th Amendment. There is a process defined how to amend the U S Constitution. The U S Supreme Court cannot amend the Constitution. Only Congress and the people themselves can create any new 'right" or amend the Constitution. I quote the clause about amending the Constitution:

Article V

The Congress, whenever two thirds of both houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose amendments to this Constitution, or, on the application of the legislatures of two thirds of the several states, shall call a convention for proposing amendments, which, in either case, shall be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of this Constitution, when ratified by the legislatures of three fourths of the several states, or by conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other mode of ratification may be proposed by the Congress; provided that no amendment which may be made prior to the year one thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any manner affect the first and fourth clauses in the ninth section of the first article; and that no state, without its consent, shall be deprived of its equal suffrage in the Senate." It is time for the United States as a whole to amend the U S Constitution to include persons in the womb since they have human flesh, human blood, human brains, human DNA and human bodies and move about as humans and beating hearts ten days after fertilization. I keep on keeping on with this cause.

I, Gloria, was prompted to add this post when I received a tweet about ways to encourage people who have cancer by painting a painting of hope. I am making progress on my oil painting I am painting for that purpose. But in the meantime, I want to share these Bible verses with any who are sick from any cause. These verses make it plain that The source of all healing is GOD, in the flesh as JESUS, or as THE ALMIGHTY GOD, MAKER OF HEAVEN AND EARTH AND ALL THAT IS IN THE EARTH, who is THE FATHER OF ALL, and Who is ONE with THE LORD JESUS according to John 10:30, KJV. Please read and memorize these scriptures every day and repeat them until they take hold in your spirit and transform you:

Resurrection Celebration is this Sunday , sketch painted by me Gloria Poole,RN, artist of/in Missouri, USA

I drew and painted this sketch of a sunrise Easter service morning as it often looks to Christians because this Sunday is Easter, the day when Christians celebrate Resurrection day of JESUS. I drew and painted this with acrylic paint on 11 x 17 inch watercolor paper and signed it, photographed it, uploaded it and posted it to make a point. After the crucifixion of JESUS as told in Matthew chapter 26-28, these events happened:

"In the end of the Sabbath, toward the first day of the week, came Mary Mag-da-lene and the other Mary to see the sepulcher.

And behold, there was a great earthquake; for the Angel of The Lord descended from heaven and came and rolled back the stone from the door and sat upon it.

Tapestry of LIFE promotes personhood for all humans in the womb, written by me Gloria Poole,Reg Nurse, artist of/in Missouri;Update

It is written, "then the Word of THE LORD came unto me saying, 'before I formed thee in the belly, I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations." Jeremiah 1:5, King James Holy Bible. And JESUS said, "even so, it is not the will of your FATHER [GOD] which is in heaven, that one of these little ones should perish. "Matthew 18:14, KJV. These scriptures show that humans in the womb are known by GOD, created by GOD, and appointed a destiny by GOD; and that GOD did not intend for anyone to destroy them.

The name "Tapestry of LIFE" has always been about promoting the policies of public law that sustain, encourage, allow, make provision for each generation to reproduce itself by producing LIVING babies. This particular blog began as my TV show when I lived in Colorado for a few years, and when I moved to Missouri in Oct 2009, I moved it with me and continued it. As a Registered Nurse with a long work history I did many tasks to promote healing and life. When I lived through much physical trauma in July 2006, caused by then-husband DBP [divorced from him since 2007], and could not work in nursing because of concussion, and injuries that affected my stamina,energy, and ability to remember details and be precise, I decided that then I would use reference books and continue on, publishing the #prolife and #personhood message to the world.

The only way to totally end the premeditated murder of tiniest, most defenseless humans in wombs, as a so-called "right" to is for a Constitutional amendment by Congress following the legal process defined in U S Constitution of calling a Constitutional Convention and passing a public law that includes humans in the womb with human DNA,[deoxyribonucleic acid to be legally defined as "persons" and included in The Fourteenth Amendment. I include the actual words of the Amendment XIV [14]: "Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."

Educated people who have studied the so-called "hard sciences" know that humans in the womb are human from the fertilization of the human egg with the human sperm. I had to login FIVE times today to change my background, tapestry photo I photographed, my password, and some of my settings to reclaim this blog from cyber-criminals. I am adding in the first amendment to the U S Constitution to remind all that since I am a US citizen I am not subject to political censorship. And to remind all the prior restraint is unconstitutional on the face of it, without question. Cyber-criminal-hackers tried to hijack this blog today but I got it back!
