Good morning to U S agencies Federal Trade Commission and Federal Communications Commission:
I am posting this publicly because there is some sort of racketeering scam going on in Springfield Missouri that ATandT, and T-Mobile actively participate in. I have complained repeatedly to them with few corrections to their modus operandi so I am making this a public letter.
I have a home phone but I also have PREPAID phones on more than 1 system for several reasons:
) my survivial because the evil man who tried 4 times to kill me is at large and bribes Judges and he distributes hard drugs to some law enforcment, [he said] so my life is at risk and therefore I make every effort to prevent him stalking me around town by using different phones at different times.
2) Because prepaid service had become the unofficial atm of the wicked, it has been hard to keep the money I add to my prepaid accounts on MY PREPAID accounts. There are laws about fraud in the U S and I want y'all to enforce them, please, for everyone's sake. When a human, unmarried woman with a handicap [in this case me] adds air time to her phones and or messaging plans to her phones it is for her use, not the use of the DNC nor the President,nor politicians, nor criminal hackers, nor exhusbands, nor scammers. The telcos have to find some accuate way of adding money that does not involve their automatic " add"[unidentified ] caller?" prompt that gets added whether or not I tap the " add caller" button and which I have to turn OFF the phone to break the connection to the secret, unknown criminal stalker, when I call from the actual phone to refill. And FTC, FCC nees to audit, arrest and prosecute telcos who are stealing money from consumers who use prepaid phones so that adding money to account does not include "sharing" with merchants,platforms such as Facebook [I have never had a Facebook account, nor an Instagram nor a Pinterest nor a Snapchat account] and that does not include sharing with Mexico or any foreign country, and that does not include "sharing" or "splitting"the refill with men located in faraway places who tried to kill them.
Because of the on-going rackettering scam of telcos I have to have multiple phones to make sure I have one to call 911 if/when murderer tries again to kill me.
Here are my other complaints about prepaid phones, with my suggestion how to correct the problems:
1) telcos at presrnt make caller opt-out from them storing bank cards used to refill; but the default should be that they are NOT ever allowed to store bank card info on any consumer.
2) Telcos at present take money from me, switch it around and refund to murderer who tricks them into thinking he is a "child" by using the unsafe internet web accounts of telcos. That is defined as MONEY LAUNDERING according to a former good bank I had once upon a time. I have never given him a password nor a P I N to my accounts by his only talents in life are deceiving people and using cocaine and exploiting and battering women. MONEY LAUNDERING is a federal crime in U S and must be stopped . The thefts from my prepaid accounts of the years [I have some numbers of mine since 2006] amounts to a LOT of money and I want it back. Murderer exhusband DBP owes me a million bucks he said in Court he would pay me for injuries he caused me on purpose in July 2006 in Aurora Colorado. He was also arrested for kidnapping attempt of me which was interrupted by Araphaoe County CO deputy who by the grace of GOD, drove by as DBP grabbed me from behind as I was running from him after he said he planned to kill me and tried to shove me in his car. That is public record in Englewood Co and there is no statute of limitations on attempted murder nor attempted kidnapping. DBP caused me many physical injuries; broken leg, concussion, broken jaw, broken teeth and should be in prison. He was allowed to make a plea bargain because he told them [they said] that if they didn't put him in prison he would work to pay me for the permanent injuries to me. The state of Colorado never intendd to enforce that law it seems and instead gave me my own Social Security as "diability"thus cheating me out of 26 yrs of Social Security return on my investment because disability label greatley reduces amount of Social Security paid back to citizen. I worked as Registered Nurse for 26 yrs [mostly in state of Georgia] and paid into Social Security for 26 years.
Please stop MONEY LAUNDERING of taking from people with handicaps and "refunding"it to people who never paid it even once! Arrest and prosecute those guilty.
3) PLEASE immediately stop the use of the emergency broadcast system by "commercial" entities which abuse it to interrupt the signals of people they don't want talking to the law enforcement; and to illegally censor the words, political and religious, of U S citizens on the web. I am a U S citizen by birth in the state of Georgia, and I have all civil liberites of the U S Constitution including the First amendment to publish my words, beliefs, principle I live by. I do that but the federal interference when Biden ran for office was so abusive that it prevented me from logging into my computer for about 8 weeks immediately preceding the election. That is rigging the election in my opinion if the democrat candidate uses his secret service protection to squelch oppostion on blogs and social media. It's illegal in U S isn't it?
4) Stop telcos from routing phone calls placed in Missouri through Mexico, Latin America or any foreign country! Missouri is in the continental United States and was never part of Latin America! ATandT increased the rate of voice calls from ten cents/min [ because I have disability] to 35 cents/min during election. And they "redirect'a/k/a steal my messaging plans I pay for upfront to put them on criminal stalker's phone at his secret location. Then charge me again for text messages after I have already paid for a messaging plan and dollars to pay for it were deducted from my prepaid balance on phones. it's outright fraud/scam and therefore please prosecute those guilty.
5) Prosecute ATandT and T-Mobile for false advertising and for switching the phones that I agreed to buy to give me a different phone than the one I picked out and agreed to pay for, by giving me an older version phone and then padding cost by 50 bux at the time and by adding in totally unknown persons to the phone by tethering". Telcos don't seem to abide the by A D A laws of the U S whatsoever. They seem to think when a handicapped person walks into their store, that exploiting them is legal. Will you please correct that false philosophy of telcos?
6) Stop telcos from automatically publishing the phone number of the person who walks in their store with a phone to upgrade.
7) Make all telcos provide the real name and actual physical location of all callers, regardless of what phone they are calling. It's dangerous answering the phone when the only info you have is a number that is not recognized! The fact that telcos put the location as determined by the area code tells the person called NOTHING, because people are mobile and change jobs, states, counties, etc intermittently. The area code is no longer a determinant of actual location. I want to know if the caller is the man who tried to kill me four time and I want to know if he is in my immediate area. Telling me only the area code of the current burner phone he buys is of no use to me whatsoever. He picks area codes different to trick me and other people too.
8) Stop all 3rd party apps [fintech, other carriers, apps] from breaking into automated lines for refills of air time, to grab the card numbers!
9) Stop facebook, amazon, twitter, instagram,google, microsoft from "listening in" on phone calls and from recording phone calls for use by their A I to impersonate callers to banks for purposes of fraud and identity theft.
10)stop smartphones from automatically connecting to IoT when they come in close contact . I don't want facebook c or any other platform controlling my utility bill!
11) When a consumer buys a prepaid messaging plan for 1000 messages or 200 messages, [or any "plan"why are they prevented from using all 1000 messages? Or all they paid for upfront? Why should messages paid for as prepaid service " expire"? Why should consumers NOT get what they paid for from telcos? How about some truth in telcos?
Telcos rountinely "throttle" to prevent the use of the service for weeks at time [happens to me fairly often], then "refunds"the unused balance to ???? whom? Fraud by telcos is still fraud. Please please stop fraud by telcos.
12) Please stop smartphones from sending texts in the middle of the nights all by themselves while consumer places them idle somewhere while consumer sleeps! I saw that in developer settings. Also please stop smartphones from "collecting", from "receiving surfac content", from automatically connecting to vehicles in the parking lot; from using emergency broadcause to " update config" to attempt to make it look as if their paying tenants are employees of real estate management company. Stop 3rd party real estate management companies from hijacking cell/mobile devices via rogue wifi!
13) Stop telcos from allowing exhusbands to login on web to exwives'accounts! Please consider women to be real people!
14) Stop the assumption by telcos that women [or men] wiht handicaps must be also stupid.I am a Registered Nurse licensed in Missouri still and also have a degree in business Managmenbt from the University of GA. Because I walk with a limp and a cane, and fatigue easily does not make me stupid.
15) Stop telcos from deciding which card caller wanting to refill is allowed to use or from adding in a secret 3rd party to attempt to bill card, or from changing zip code of account of caller! All cards I use or have ever used are MY OWN amd I also own the phones I am refilling and my cards are in good standing, except one card was hijacked by criminal last year and feds know about it. I do not use that card but I have it in my possession as proof it is mine.]
16) Stop telcso from asking U S citizens if they want to OPT IN to ENGLISH! This is the United States and English is our official language. Make English the official language for prepaid accounts based in the continentla United States. Missouri is in the continentl U S. and I only speak English.
17) Stop telcos from assuming that a handicapped woman [in this case me] has a "legal guardian"somewhere that they should automatically add in to my telephone to spy on me. I am in my right mind and never had a legal guardian! Belive no woman divorced wnats her exhusband spoying on her even if he didn;t try to kill her. Telcos should acknowledge that women can have bank accounts, can buy their own phones, can have their own apartments and can manage their own lives! Telcos are totally sexist.
18) Make telcos honor their own prepaid cards which I started buying with bank issued to me cards after telcos tried to prevent me from refilling my prepaid phones in their scheme to illegally silence me. Make the rules of fair trade apply to prepaid cards for telco carriers and remove the involuntary contributions to political parties that seem to be baked into prepaid cards!
I think this about sums of my observations and experience with these telcos. I intend to keep my phones with them and I intend to keep them as prepaid which serves me better by not having to pay for a undle os services I don't want or need. I get free internet because I pay my rent. I do not want internt on my phones at this time. I also do not want telcos messaging me 20 times a month nor assuming that because I have a disability I must be stupid enought o sign up for their marketing schemes on my dime, so to speak,
