The first image is a photo of a real human baby just born. It is one of my favorites and I have permission to use it [from member of my family that photographed it].
The second image is my photo of a painting I painted in oils some time ago, to depict a tired mother napping with her baby on her lap. I began trying to learn to paint babies and mothers in about year 2006. I have always admired the Mary Cassatt paintings of mothers and babies. Though I am not as good an artist as Mary Cassatt [or Rembrandt, or Reubens, or Michelango,or Renoir, or the Flemish "old Masters"] I keep trying by sketching frequently to improve my skills.
This is a PROLIFE blog. Of course, it is also an eternal life blog as well. The mission of it is to teach the gospel and hopefully, persuade some people to turn from the sin of killing their offspring and toward GOD's plan for salvation. Remember, the words of JESUS who said, "even so, it is not the will of your FATHER [GOD , in heaven] that one of these little ones should perish." Matthew 18:14 KJB.

I divorced a second time in Colorado and moved from Colorado on Oct 31, 2009. I resumed my maiden surname of Poole also by court order in Oct 2007 after 2nd divorce. For the record, I am white, woman, Christian, single, mother of two grown daughters from my first marriage [who are Jennifer and Leigh] but no sons; and I am also a Registered Nurse, artist in oils, acrylics, watercolors, tempera, powdered pastels, pen/inks, and photographer , writer, poet, blogger.
